Plenty, to say the least. A good realtor will help set the right price and then get buyers through your front door. We have access to what we call “comps” (recent sales of comparable homes) and also current competing listings in your area.
Marketing is a crucial aspect of my job. Each home that I list I market aggressively. Being a Realtor with REMAX Edge Realty gives me many professional marketing tools and connections with other agents in the business that will help us get your home sold. I market online through my website, blog, realty sites such as Zillow and Trulia, and social media outlets as well as email. Offline I strive to get the homes I represent as much recognition as possible.
I walk my clients through the process one step at a time, and offer advice that will help sell their home as quickly as possible. With years in the business, I can walk through your home and offer tips as needed that will help lead to a sale. Perhaps a backyard shed could use a coat of paint, or a room uncluttered to show interested buyers the true potential of the space. With many years in the business I can quickly determine a plan of action that will result in a sale.
Once you have an interested buyer I will then help to negotiate a purchase agreement, any counter offers, and carefully guide you through until closing. I make lasting relationships with both my home buyers and sellers here in Northeast Ohio, because I love what I do and enjoy helping them through the sometimes nerve racking yet rewarding process.
